The light at the camera lens screens through your finger and measures the contrast of the blood flow. Competitive athlete or amateur sportsman- PulseCheck informs you about your fitness level and how you can increase it. In addition you can check whether your resting pulse or active pulse rate is normal and if there is a suspicion of bradycardia or tachycardia. You can save your measurements, watch the average of your pulse and a trend grafic. The appraised pulse frequencies, to the greatest possible degree, are in accordance with measurements made with a customary/an ordinary pulse measuring device. PulseCheck should not replace a medical examination.
